- Apply for a New Zealand visit visa. Costs less than 440,000 naira.
- Secure the visa, make your way to New Zealand.
- New Zealand visitor visa can be converted to a Seasonal Employer Work Visa, extendable for a Digital Nomad Visa or for job search.
- Convert to a Supplementary Seasonal Employer Work Visa. This will enable you work till October/November 2025. Cost is about 1.3 million. Provided you have a job offer. Pay is above 24NZD/hour.
- In November 2025, Seasonal Employer Work Visa will now be 3 years long. Meaning you get a multiple entry Seasonal Employer Work Visa for three years in New Zealand. As long as you have experience and a job offer.
- This gives you 3.5 years of time in New Zealand, if you arrive before the close of the current season and apply before the start of the new season.
Minimum proof of funds for one person is 5million naira (for show in your bank account). Visa approval is 4-6 weeks.
